What we collect

When you apply for the founding pilot, we collect the name, company, work email, website and enquiry-source information you provide.

Why we use it

We use this information only to assess your application, contact you about the pilot and, if you join, prepare the requested service. The lawful bases will be taking steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful or inactive pilot applications will be deleted within 90 days. If you become a customer, relevant records may be retained for the service and any legal or accounting obligations.

Who receives it

We use service providers needed to host the website and store applications securely. We do not sell application data or use it for unrelated advertising.

QuoteRelay is operated by Joshua James Wilson, trading as QuoteRelay, who is the data controller for information submitted through this site.

Your choices and how to contact us

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing privacy@quoterelay.co.uk. Please do not include sensitive information unless we ask for it.
