What we collect

When you apply for or prepare a founding pilot, we collect the business contact details, website, services, coverage, hours, enquiry source, routing inbox, communication preferences, approved danger route and named launch approver you provide.

Do not submit passwords, special-category information or real customer enquiry content through the application or setup forms.

Why we use it

We use this information only to assess your application, contact you about the pilot, prepare the requested rules and connection, document approvals and operate the service if you join. The lawful bases may include taking steps at your request before a contract, performing an agreed service and our legitimate interest in answering and administering business enquiries.

How long we keep it

Unsuccessful or inactive pilot applications and setup records will be deleted within 90 days. If you become a customer, relevant configuration, approval, service and accounting records may be retained for the service and applicable legal obligations.

Who receives it

We use service providers needed to host the website and store applications securely. We do not sell application data or use it for unrelated advertising.

Who controls your information

QuoteRelay is operated by Joshua James Wilson, trading as QuoteRelay, who is the data controller for information submitted through this site.

Future customer enquiry data

If a live pilot processes a client company's customer enquiries, the parties' roles, instructions, security measures, subprocessors and deletion arrangements will be set out in a separate written data-processing schedule before connection. The information may include contact details, postcode, service request, callback preference and an optional job photo. Pilot enquiry content is configured to expire after 30 days unless the written schedule requires earlier deletion or a different lawful retention period. Submitting a setup form does not authorise customer-data processing.

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing privacy@quoterelay.co.uk. Please do not include sensitive information unless we ask for it.
